Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION:Before travelling you may cancel the rental
contract at any time. A written declaration must be submitted. A cancellation
becomes effective on the day when the declaration is received and the following
charges will be incurred. If the declaration arrives after office hours the
discharge will be noticed and effective the next day.
- up to 61 days prior to the start of rental - 30% of total rental cost
- between 60 and 35 days prior to the start of rental - 50% of total rental cost
- between 34 and 14 days prior to the start of rental - 75% of total rental cost
- after 14 days prior to start of arrival - 100% of total rental cost
